Welcome to BraaiHub™. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to BraaiHub™. We operate this online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the "Services").
Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services.
SECTION 1 — ACCESS AND ELIGIBILITY
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18.

SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS
We have made every effort to accurately represent our products on our website. However please note that colours or product appearance may differ slightly from how they appear on your screen due to your device settings.
We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products will meet your exact expectations. All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS
When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. BraaiHub™ reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion. Your order is not accepted until BraaiHub™ confirms acceptance and payment has been successfully processed.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. BraaiHub™ may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted.
All purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
You confirm that your purchases are for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale.
SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed.
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information for all purchases. All payments are processed securely through PayFast, a trusted South African payment provider.
BraaiHub™ is not VAT registered. No VAT will be charged on any purchases.
SECTION 5 — DELIVERY
All orders are delivered via Aramex Store-to-Door. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. BraaiHub™ is not liable for delays caused by Aramex, incorrect address information provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control.
Once your order has been transferred to Aramex, risk of loss passes to you. Please refer to our Delivery Policy for full details.
SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our website including but not limited to trademarks, logos, text, images, graphics and product descriptions are owned by BraaiHub™ and are protected by applicable South African intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use any of our content without prior written consent from BraaiHub™.
BraaiHub™ and the BraaiHub™ logo are trademarks of BraaiHub™. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
SECTION 7 — THIRD PARTY LINKS AND TOOLS
Our website may contain links to third party websites. BraaiHub™ is not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any third party websites. Access to third party sites is entirely at your own risk.
We may provide access to optional third party tools and services. Use of these tools is at your own risk and discretion.
SECTION 8 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
BraaiHub™ is powered by Shopify. However all sales and purchases are made directly with BraaiHub™. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and BraaiHub™, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products.
SECTION 9 — PRIVACY POLICY
All personal information collected through our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is fully compliant with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa. By using our Services you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our Privacy Policy.
SECTION 10 — FEEDBACK AND REVIEWS
By submitting any feedback, reviews or suggestions to BraaiHub™ you grant us the right to use, reproduce and publish such content for business purposes. You confirm that all feedback submitted is honest, accurate and your own.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable that provision will be severed and the remaining Terms will continue in full force and effect.
SECTION 19 — ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Delivery Policy and Return and Refund Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and BraaiHub™ regarding your use of our Services.
