BRAAIHUB™ DELIVERY POLICY

Overview At BraaiHub™ we are committed to delivering your order safely, reliably and straight to your door. We partner with Aramex to ensure a consistent and trackable delivery experience across South Africa.
Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed over weekends or South African public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase.
Delivery Time Once your order has been dispatched you can expect delivery within approximately 8–15 business days depending on your location within South Africa. Many orders arrive sooner than expected. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. In rare cases delivery may take slightly longer due to circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery Partner All orders are delivered via Aramex Store-to-Door. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order anytime at: 🔗 aramex.co.za
Delivery Costs
- Standard delivery fee applies to all orders
- FREE delivery on all orders over R2000
- FREE delivery on your first order — use code FIRSTBRAAI at checkout
Delivery Coverage BraaiHub™ delivers nationwide across South Africa — all 9 provinces. We currently do not deliver internationally.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete at checkout. BraaiHub™ cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Risk of Loss Once your order has been handed over to Aramex, risk of loss or damage passes to you as the customer. If your order arrives damaged please contact us immediately at support.braaihub@gmail.com with clear photos of the damage.
Delays While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, BraaiHub™ cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:
- Aramex or courier related delays
- Incorrect address information provided by the customer
- Adverse weather conditions
- South African public holidays
- Circumstances beyond our control
We will always communicate any known delays to you directly and as quickly as possible.
Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful Aramex will make contact with you directly. Please ensure your contact number is correct at checkout. BraaiHub™ cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to the customer being unavailable or unreachable.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched you will receive:
