BRAAIHUB™ RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Overview At BraaiHub™ we stand behind every product we sell. Your satisfaction is our priority and we are committed to resolving any issue fairly and efficiently.


30-Day Return Policy You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return. After 30 days we are unable to accept returns.


Return Eligibility To qualify for a return your item must meet ALL of the following conditions:

  • Item is unused and in its original condition
  • Item is in its original packaging with all tags intact
  • Proof of purchase or order number is provided
  • Return request submitted within 30 days of delivery

How To Request A Return Contact us at support.braaihub@gmail.com with:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos of the product

Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours. If your return is approved we will provide you with the return address and full instructions directly via email. Do not send any items back without first receiving confirmation from us — unrequested returns will not be accepted.


Return Delivery Costs

  • Defective or incorrect item received — BraaiHub™ covers return delivery costs
  • Change of mind returns — customer covers return delivery costs

Damaged or Incorrect Orders Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item contact us immediately at support.braaihub@gmail.com with clear photos. We will resolve this as a matter of urgency.


Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Used or opened products
  • Items not in original packaging
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Firelighters and consumable products once opened

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:

  1. Submit a return request as above
  2. Once approved purchase the new item separately
  3. Your refund will be processed simultaneously

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the outcome within 2–3 business days. If approved your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method via PayFast. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it contact us immediately at support.braaihub@gmail.com


Consumer Protection Act Compliance This policy is fully compliant with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 of South Africa. As a South African consumer you have the right to:

  • Return defective goods within 6 months of purchase for repair, replacement or refund
  • Fair, honest and transparent business practices
  • Full disclosure of all terms and conditions
